Blend until smooth. Add more water or plant based milk to reach desired thickness.

Banana Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened plant based milk [I use soy, almond, or cashew]
  • 1½ banana, frozen
  • small handful of spinach + kale
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • Small handful of almonds + walnuts + Brazil nuts combo
  • 7 ice cubes
  • ½ - 1 cup water
Instructions
  1. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add more water or plant based milk to reach desired thickness.
Notes
Optional ingredients to add: strawberries or raw cacao powder
