As any smoothie, feel free to play around with the ingredients to adjust to your taste. Sometimes I add strawberries or raw cacao powder.
Blend until smooth. Add more water or plant based milk to reach desired thickness.
Banana Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened plant based milk [I use soy, almond, or cashew]
- 1½ banana, frozen
- small handful of spinach + kale
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- Small handful of almonds + walnuts + Brazil nuts combo
- 7 ice cubes
- ½ - 1 cup water
Instructions
- Blend until smooth.
- Add more water or plant based milk to reach desired thickness.
