Nutritarian Pancakes, now named “Plantcakes”. These dense nutri-cakes are so great and filling. This ain’t your fluffy IHOP pancake!
The batter will be THICK; that’s normal for this type of dense batter. Form into a small pancake shape in the pan and cook on medium heat. Once the bottom is cooked and starts to brown nicely, it should be easy to flip. Cook for a few minutes on each side until inside is cooked through.
Top with strawberry-blueberry “syrup” [thawed and blended berries] and fresh bananas. We also top ours with a little fresh ground raw almond butter to make a PB&J pancake! 🙂

These pancakes sound amazing. I can’t wait to try your recipe! Are the chia & flax whole or ground in this recipe?
The flax was ground, the rest whole. 🙂
